Claudia Burton

As a military veteran, Claudia has dedicated her life to serving others. After returning home to be closer to family, she experienced a life-changing loss when her mother unexpectedly passed with minimal plan in place. What should have been a time to grieve quickly became a period filled with difficult decisions, emotional stress, and unnecessary uncertainty.

That experience inspired Claudia to create Compass Rose Collaborative.

Today, her mission is to help individuals and families prepare for life's inevitable transitions before a crisis occurs. Through education, compassionate guidance, and connections to trusted professionals, she strives to help families reduce stress, make informed decisions, and protect what matters most.

Claudia believes no family should have to face life's most difficult moments feeling unprepared or alone. Her passion is helping others navigate those moments with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
